Throughout her career, Adina Angel has worked within the worlds of some of NYC’s most respected culinary figures, including Jean-Georges Vongerichten, Kwame Onwuachi, Franklin Becker, and other celebrated chefs and hospitality professionals. These experiences have shaped her understanding of what truly separates good service from exceptional hospitality.

For Adina, hospitality is about awareness.

She has developed an instinct for understanding what is happening across an entire room. The guest who needs attention, the table celebrating something special, the server who needs support, the bartender approaching capacity, or the operational detail that needs to be addressed before it affects the experience.

That awareness is the foundation of her management style.

With experience spanning fine dining, restaurants, bars, rooftops, catering, events, and high-volume NYC operations, Adina Angel combines strong floor management with warmth, precision, accountability, and genuine care for people.
